Founded by Preeti Shimpi in 2022, while pursuing her MBA, HouseOfGee began with a simple dream to build a brand of her own that offers high-quality,
handcrafted jewelry with meaning and authenticity behind every piece.

What started as a passion soon turned into a journey of working closely with skilled artisans and karigars from different parts of India,
including Jaipur, known for its rich craftsmanship and timeless artistry.
Every material is carefully sourced and every design is thoughtfully created to reflect the beauty of handmade work.

Founder's Note

HouseOfGee began as an idea long before it became a brand.
During my MBA in 2022, somewhere between lectures, late nights,
and unfinished thoughts, I found myself drawn towards creating something of my own,
something with permanence, character, and meaning.

I was deeply inspired by the quiet beauty of handmade artistry:
the patience behind every detail, the human touch within every imperfection, the stories carried through craft.
What started as curiosity slowly turned into creation, shaped alongside
skilled artisans and thoughtful design.

I never wanted HouseOfGee to feel excessive or fleeting.
I wanted it to feel intentional pieces with texture, depth, and presence. Jewelry that doesn’t simply follow trends,
but becomes a part of the person wearing it.

Today, HouseOfGee continues to grow through the people who connect with it, wear it, and make it their own.
