Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a limited return policy.
We kindly request customers to review all product details carefully before placing an order.
 

Returns

We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Personal preference issues

Returns will only be considered if:
• You receive a damaged product
• You receive the wrong item

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
Clear unboxing video
• Product photos
• Order details
Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.
 

Exchange Policy

Eligible exchanges will only be processed after verification by our team.
Exchange requests must be approved before sending the product back.
 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons,
certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
